Job Description
Qualified Social Worker, Senior Practitioner, Warrington Council, Childrens MASH Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.
The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.
The responsibilities will include:
1. Senior practitioners work alongside our MASH team manager playing a key role in effectively managing referrals into the service.
2. Play a crucial role in implementing our practice model, and work closely with our Child in Need team managers in developing outstanding social work practice across the teams.
3. In Warrington, we want all children and families to benefit from high quality and purposeful relationships with professionals.
4. Create the best opportunities for people to change and reach their full potential.
5. Liaise with other professionals.
6. 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
7. 3 month Temporary Contract.
8. Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.
