Description The HR Shared Service Manager - EMEA will be responsible for: Development and Implementation of global HR programs and services. Developing and optimising an efficient and successful Share Service Function to better the employee experience Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering teams on initiatives to support employees, ensuring HR Services are aligned to the strategic HR objectives Leading Operational HR Projects eg. building the Tier 2 service Driving the use of the Workday system - optimising workflows and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Leading and developing a global team of 7, providing coaching and support Resolving escalated and complex HR issues, providing advice and resolution on employee relations issues, policies and additional HR queries Ensuring operations are aligned to relevant local employment law and regulations Developing standardised processes, utilising the use of technology and driving continuous improvement Profile A successful HR Shared Services Manager - EMEA should have: Experience within a Shared Service function (Global experience is desirable) Proven experience in a similar industry is desirable (FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing) Proven experience in leading and developing a team Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in HRIS and MS Office or other HR systems Job Offer A salary up to £85,000 depending on experience The chance to work in an influential role within a leading FMCG organisation.
