If you enjoy multi-tasking, being a great team player, pride yourself in your high attention to detail, and have experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive industry, then we are looking for you!
What you'll be doing in the role:
1. Raising invoices/credits for the sale of vehicles
2. Settling finance when vehicles are sold and applying for vehicle funding on vehicles brought into stock
3. Maintaining the MID database and Cooper solutions system FullControl for vehicles
4. Liaising with other dealerships as and when required
5. Assisting the accounts department by adding cost lines on vehicle records
6. Reviewing and amending lines on vehicles via the unreceived cost reports
7. Coordinating Used Car funding reconciliations
8. Maintaining Demo-Swaps and Pre-Registrations
9. Other administration duties for maintaining vehicles in stock
Your profile
You'll need to be a great team player, showing your ability to collaborate by offering to help and support the team where needed. This is a fast-paced role; the successful candidate will need to be positive, energetic, and able to multitask, re-prioritizing throughout the day where necessary. You'll need good computer skills - CDK Drive experience is preferred but not essential, along with a helpful and confident telephone manner.
