Monday to Friday - 7:30am until finish

Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Check and verify stock for despatch
* Ensure stock is identified correctly; out of date stock must be segregated and moved to an appropriate area
* Report stock issues directly to supervisor
* Palletise and locate stock, when necessary, in accordance with specifications
* Ensure stock is picked in rotation and pallets are prepared ready for despatch
* Driving forklift and electrical pallet truck
* Always keep work areas tidy and clean
* Ensure the correct handling, palletising and storage of products to company and customer requirements in a manner that does not jeopardise product quality
* Scanning product to customers using portable handheld device
* Wrapping and loading pallets ensuring customer specifications are met
* Temperature checks - ensuring temperatures align with food safety
Knowledge And Experience - Desirable
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be given. Candidates with experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and able to work as part of a team. Forklift license / electrical pallet truck license - desirable; however, full training provided.

Essential: Positive and can-do attitude, good time keeping, ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, ability to use own initiative, excellent communication skills, be keen and willing to learn. A strong team player with an eye for detail and the knowledge to communicate any problems or issues to Management as they arise.
