Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative social media coordinator to showcase Nike Sports Camps this summer! If you are passionate about sport, storytelling, and social media, we’d love to hear from you.
Nike Sports Camps are residential camps for both domestic and international students aged 9-17, based across the south of England and running from 30th June to 17th August. You’ll be responsible for keeping our audience up-to-date and posting the best of the action on camp to our social media channels.
This is a fixed term contract covering the duration of the summer camp season, not a permanent role.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be working closely with our marketing team to develop a content plan for our social media coverage throughout the camps. You’ll be based at one of our camp venues at private schools in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Derbyshire and Surrey from Monday-Friday each week to capture, edit and post high-quality content to a variety of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
This is a varied role that requires strong content creation skills, engagement with a variety of staff members and players on camp to bring your creative ideas to life, and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines to plan and execute the content calendar.

Ultimately the safety of children is paramount, and the high standards expected of working with top brands needs to be maintained. We expect high personal standards, friendly, positive and approachable staff who will always remain professional and calm. Staff will be able to handle sensitive situations well, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidance, have excellent organisational skills, be good role models and be able to contribute to a positive working environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Excellent content creation skills and experience with creative tools including CapCut and Canva to produce a variety of media types.
* Photography and videography experience.
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail with experience in writing short form captions for social media.
* Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to engage with audiences and grow following.
* The ability to take initiative and work creatively, independently and efficiently to develop and execute a content plan.
* An outgoing, energetic and positive character able to engage with children from a wide range of nationalities and cultures to capture and showcase their experience on camp.
* An interest in and understanding of youth sports.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* The ability to adhere to brand guidelines across your work.
* An understanding of child safeguarding controls in content creation.
* A full clean driving license and own car - this is essential.
Package
* Residential and non-residential options available, starting at £625 per week for a period of 5-7 weeks (dependent on venue).
* Camp dates from Monday 30th June to Friday 15th August plus 2 prep days in June (1 online and 1 at our office in London) and 1 wrap-up day in mid-August by mutual agreement.
* Non-residential applicants must live within a commutable distance of camp venues in Surrey and Oxfordshire. Travel expenses will be paid up to the value of £30 per day (at 45p per mile).
* Monday-Friday accommodation at camp venues and 3 meals per day included for residential staff.
* Full training and support from the Head Office team.
