We are looking for caring, compassionate, patient and friendly support workers to join our team to support 5 amazing ladies, to live a fulfilling life, take part in the hobbies and interests and to help them achieve their goals and maintain the levels of independence they have. Who are the ladies I will be supporting These three ladies share there home in Sheffield S4
* Mary Is a Yorkshire lady through and through with a thick Yorkshire accent which she is proud of! She loves nothing more than a good musical or joining in on a good karaoke session. She loves going out to day centres, for food and drink and some days she likes to be at home with her support worker to sit and have a good old natter!
* Claudia has a slap stick, naughty sense of humour, loves being out and about in the community, going for food, to clubs etc. She does not use words to communicate and will communicate through noises and sounds and physical touch. Claudia likes sensory stimulation and is needing someone who is calm and patient with her
* Amina is very passionate about her faith and loves wearing traditional dress, especially around celebrations, the more glitter and bangles the better! and loves to try traditional foods within her faith. She enjoys going out for nice foods and has a love of spicy foods.
These two ladies share there home in Sheffield S12
* Sarah absolutely loves teddies and has a fantastic collection that she loves to show off. Anywhere you visit she will want to purchase a teddy bear, and she is a shopaholic. She loves a good game of bingo and will go to day centres during the week.
* Joan is in her 70s and loves to be out, cinema, shopping, parks and is looking for someone that will share this passion for being out and about.
What will I be doing?
* Provide support with full personal care
* Meal preparation
* Medication Administration
* Household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
* To support people to engage in the activities they enjoy
* Supporting them in the community and attending day centres
