Your role. To work as part of the team producing ongoing analysis, reporting, and generating key information to help support the ongoing day-to-day management of new and existing customers of the Corpay UK Fuel businesses. The position is responsible for servicing internal customers by providing information achieving the business SLA’s, whilst ensuring that the operational targets of the Business Performance Team are continuously achieved.. What you'll be doing Work on existing processes, to identify potential operational efficiencies Managing the requests coming into the Business Performance Mailbox. Produce customer profitability models to help support ongoing customer retention Deliver standard, and non-standard, reporting as per business requirements Performing ad hoc analyses to support business needs and corporate reporting requirements. Collaborate with all other departments of the business and support strategic initiatives and project implementation.
