Job summary
The purpose of the role is to provide onsite support and leadership. The co-coordinator will support staff to manage acute inpatient wards in Central locality. This will ensure proactive management and allocation of the staffing resource, ensuring clinical demands are effectively prioritised and managed, to ensure that staff working on the wards have accessibility to a clinician who will provide clinical leadership and support staff with complex decision making and managing complex situations.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the clinical prioritisation, management, and resource allocation of acute inpatient wards across a designated area of Acute inpatients out of hours to ensure effective clinical management and risk minimisation during non-core hours.
