Your New Position
As a Key Account Controller with Armstrong Logistics, you will support key accounts across the business, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to provide the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Email Support: Handling day-to-day emails, Teams, and phone call queries.
* Meeting Participation: Attending internal and external meetings for key accounts, taking notes, and updating the wider business on action points.
* Stock Management: Working with stock control on quarantine stock and general stock management, alerting any discrepancies or stock nearing/passing BBE or MLOR.
* Customer Queries: Responding to all queries in a timely manner, ensuring customer expectations are managed.
* Collaboration: Working closely with operations and other key stakeholders, taking ownership of all enquiries and driving them to a successful conclusion.
* Additional Support: Offering support to the wider business (Warehouse or Transport) with any customer-related queries.
* Cross-Desk Support: Providing support within the customer service team.
