What You'll Be Doing
1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Conduct preventative & reactive maintenance on complex machinery, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
2. Precision Engineering - Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
3. Project Management - Take ownership of new equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
4. Process Optimization - Standardise maintenance procedures and enhance efficiency across the plant.
5. Team Collaboration - Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless production flow and mentor apprentices in mechanical training.
Your Background & Skills
1. 3+ years' experience in a Mechanical Fitter/Engineer role.
2. Relevant Engineering qualification.
3. Strong analytical and fault-finding skills.
4. Counterbalance FLT License (preferred).
5. Good electrical understanding.

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:45
