This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in sales or customer service to take on a role that combines relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Processing customer orders via phone and email, managing both inbound and outbound sales activities.
* Providing exceptional customer support by handling queries, offering alternatives for unavailable products, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals and providing administrative support to the External Sales team.
* Addressing complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
Knowledge of construction products or prior experience in the construction industry is essential.
Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00
Salary depending on experience.
