As a Sales Manager, you will take a hands-on approach, spending 80% of your time in the field coaching and supporting your team while actively winning new business. You'll be an inspiring leader, empowering your sales professionals to exceed their goals while sharing their hunger for success.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
* Lead and manage a team of sales executives to exceed sales goals.
* Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and strategic partners.
* Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals.
* Analyze market trends to identify customer needs, sales potential, and pricing strategies.
* Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to strengthen your team.

Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B field sales and managing sales teams.
* Expertise in managing sales funnels and converting leads into tangible results.

* A results-oriented, self-motivated leader with strong time management skills.
