The Role
This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and champion innovation in our In-Patient Centre (IPC). You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop clinical practices, and drive service excellence, all while promoting a supportive and inclusive culture.

Mentor and develop: Oversee recruitment, training, and appraisal processes to nurture professional growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
Current NMC registration and degree-level training.
Strong understanding of national palliative care guidance and clinical governance systems.
Advanced clinical assessment and analytical skills.
Leadership or management qualification (desirable).
