Role Description
The role includes day-to-day tasks associated with cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Qualifications
1. Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
2. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) knowledge and experience
3. Experience in cost reporting
4. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. A degree in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
