A top finance firm is looking for a dynamic Facilities Assistant to support a busy team in central London.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Support with general upkeep of the office
2. Manage the outgoing courier items process
3. Reprographics duties as required
4. Monitoring and replenishing stationery and office supplies
5. Assisting with projects including office re-configurations and furniture moves
6. Ad hoc support to the Reception team
7. Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
8. Liaising with and supervising external contractors including issuing work permits and passes
9. Support with joiner/leaver processes, health and safety training, access pass management, office and desk allocation, confidential waste collections, loading bay bookings, office archiving processes, and access passes for employees
10. Support with planning and execution of company events
11. Cover for the Facilities Associate as required
12. Ad hoc offsite errands: post office, notary, and supplier visits
