Job summary An exciting opportunity has come up due to the retirement of our current post holder for a team leader role within our Folkestone locality. We have 6 team leaders in our team - 2 in each base one of whom is either a physiotherapist or occupational therapist, and the other a speech and language therapist. You will work closely with the other team leader in your base, and the wider management team. Whilst you will be working clinically as a speech and language therapist, our integrated approach to therapy will mean that you will have line management responsibility for speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists within the Folkestone locality. Main duties of the job This is a mixed clinical and management post. You will be providing operational and line management to an integrated team of therapists across the three professions (0.4 WTE) in the base. The remainder of the post is clinical with a school age caseload as part of The Balanced System. There may be opportunities to undertake ADOS assessments as part of our Autism Diagnostic pathway.
