You'll lead for quality standards in interpretation, presentation and service culture across all aspects of the operation. You'll lead a team to engage with local communities with the National Trust’s work building partnerships and new ways of working. You’ll plan new visitor experiences, both temporary and more permanent, utilising exhibition spaces to tell untold stories of a house and its remarkable collection.
