Join our team as an Engineering Services Project Assistant, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by managing customer communications, booking contractors, and maintaining up-to-date databases. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication: Contact customers via phone to collect and update data. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Address customer queries and ensure their needs are met effectively. Project Coordination: Book contractors and manage schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Update and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Assist with project-related documentation and administrative tasks. Health & Safety: Support the preparation and management of Risk Assessments (RAMS). Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards for all projects. Team Support: Work collaboratively with the project team to deliver on deadlines. Provide administrative support as required. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous experience in the utilities sector or other B2B service industries. Familiarity with Health & Safety processes and Risk Assessments (RAMS) is an advantage. Skills: Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus. Outstanding administrative skills, with the ability to manage data efficiently. Proficient in using databases and updating records. Personal Attributes: A team player with strong communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
