Job Description
Analyst level role responsible for the Co-ordination and reporting work activities related to audits, policies and
procedures within an International (APAC & EMEA & LATAM) corporate real estate facility operations environment.
This role will act as the co-ordinator on all associated Risk & Compliance matters and play the leading regional role for associated governance activities including process improvement and innovation.
The position interacts directly with the Global, International and Country level account and platform representatives.
Key Responsibilities Governance & Risk
Drive compliance culture and risk awareness
Chair and/or attend regular meetings with Global account counterparts to ensure alignment and governance
Act as the single point of contact for Client related queries related to audit and process issues
Support the account leadership team with monthly and quarterly reporting
Conduct annual audits & reviews to ensure compliance with the account contractual obligations and internal policy and procedures
Ensure applicable account policy & procedure manuals are reviewed and maintained
Deliver communication updates of policy changes and results of reviews to all account employees
Provide compliance policy training and ensure delivery of global best practice and consistency
Be an integral part of the team to support the development of the Account Playbooks and Guidelines
Support Client SIAIs Manage and conduct regional reviews, collate findings for submission to Client
Support bank training and GIS Information security Compliance Follow up and close out outstanding training and security violations with team and vendors
Manage rollout of new client technology and security updates Follow up with EMEA regional CBRE & Vendor teams to ensure compliance and close out of all new client updates
Account Support
Oversee VSD Data Management for CBRE & Vendor Partners
Undertake regular review of database
Follow up with regional teams on corrective action where needed
Train and support CBRE & Vendor VSD Update owners
Responsible for CBRE EMEA Account team and Vendor partners on-boarding
Manage CBRE Onboarding Team
Train and provide support to vendor partners onboarding team.
Responsible for CBRE & Project Contractor Building Access.
o Train and support facilities coordinator resource with project contractor building access provision.
Manage Bank and CBRE technology requests and access to platforms for Account Team
Qualifications / Essential Skills
5+ years risk & compliance experience, with at least 4+ years gained from large multinational audit firm
Previous experience in corporate real estate operations is strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify potential strategic risks and issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and work ethic
Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
Strong leadership and project management skills as well as team player who is sensitive to the needs of the functional business units
Ability to engage with and influence the organization, the client, and key stakeholders and establish a high level of credibility
Willing to work in a diverse team environment.
