These roles include: Conference and Events Assistant Conference and Events Team Leader F&B Team Leader F&B Assistant Facilities Team Leader Facilities Assistant Host / Cloak Room Assistant On the Client Support Team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality services to our clients, ensuring every participant receives exceptional and anticipatory service. You will interact with clients to enhance their experience and collaborate closely with our Culinary, Production, and Technology teams to exceed expectations. Your role will involve food and beverage service, room setup for events, and providing overall event support. Responsibilities: Provide high-level hospitality services to clients and event participants. Assist in room setups, ensuring everything is in place for smooth event execution. Serve food and beverages with care and attention to detail. Work closely with internal teams (Culinary, Production, Technology) to ensure the event runs seamlessly. Respond to client requests and address their needs promptly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the event spaces. What We Look For: 1 year of hospitality experience is a plus Basic knowledge of food and beverage service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask Motivated team player with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues Food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate preferred Flexibility to work long hours as required by event schedules Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods Who We Are: Convene is a global lifestyle hospitality company that designs and operates premium meeting, event, and flexible office spaces.
