Role: Solution Architect (12-month contract)
Location: Remote with ad-hoc monthly travel
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate a large team of functional consultants, aligning design ideas into a cohesive solution across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
2. Ensure technical and functional designs are aligned, methodologies applied, and project milestones met.
3. Report to the program lead, supporting a 100-member team in replacing legacy systems, including payroll for 100,000 employees.
Skills:
1. Strong expertise in Finance modules and experience across Logistics, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
2. Proven ability to align and integrate complex designs into a unified architecture.
3. Public sector or healthcare project experience (desirable).
4. Consultancy experience, ideally with top-tier firms or large-scale transformation programs.
Travel: Occasional monthly travel required; expenses covered.
