Morgan Ryder is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join their team in Lincoln. As a leading provider of enabling technologies for industrial growth markets, our client operates across diverse sectors, including aerospace and defence, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics design, and more.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the QSHE Manager and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across the organization. Key duties include:
* Overseeing inspection processes for incoming and outgoing components.
* Managing non-conformance issues and leading improvement initiatives.
* Conducting vendor audits and driving performance improvements.
* Performing internal audits and engaging in continuous improvement activities.
* Developing and implementing inspection standards and quality system tools.
* Providing expert guidance on quality management processes and industry best practices.
* Analysing process control data and reporting key performance metrics.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Previous experience as a Quality Engineer.
* Able to secure Security clearance.
* Quality function experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Background from an engineered manufacturing sector (Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defence, Medical Device).
