Job Title: Sales Representative (Contract) SaaS Data Compliance Platform

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive adoption of our SaaS solution across the UK market. This is a contract-based, commission-only role, offering strong self-determined earning potential and the flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the UK market.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
3. Educate potential clients on the benefits of our data compliance platform, tailored to address their unique needs.
4. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
5. Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies and optimize product offerings based on client feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
2. Strong understanding of data compliance, GDPR, and HR-related services such as performance reviews and surveys (preferred but not essential).
3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
6. Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry is a plus.
