About You: Qualifications: QTS required Experience: Experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other additional needs is beneficial. Skills: Ability to create engaging and adaptive lessons across various subjects. Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with complex needs.
