About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a variety of client projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and solutions.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
* Work collaboratively with Client Leads to define project scope, goals, deliverables, costings and success criteria.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Monitor project progress and risk, adjusting plans as needed.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project outcomes.
* Report project financial health
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Client and Stakeholder Communication
* Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, status updates and budget.
* Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating them as necessary.
Team Coordination
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Consultants, Designers and Operations, to deliver high-quality work.
* Help co-ordinate team by ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Key Skills
Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or MS Project.
* Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution processes would be beneficial but not essential

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
* Previous experience of working in a consultancy
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
Pay
This is a contractor role and sits outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate of £600 per day
