Responsibilities:
You will support pupils in both group settings and on a one-to-one basis across our partner secondary schools, SEN schools, and primary schools.
With mentorship from our experienced team, you'll develop your skills and gain valuable insights into the teaching profession.
Your placements will be arranged at schools local to you.
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject.
- A minimum predicted or obtained 2.2 degree.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade 4 or C).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- An organised and efficient approach to your work.
- A passion for working with young people, particularly in a secondary school setting.
- Two referees for us to contact.
- A valid DBS form or willingness to obtain one.
