This is an exciting time to join. We’re investing over £5 million into a brand-new 500+ cover restaurant, bar, and speakeasy, launching this spring. Our vision is to keep innovating and pushing boundaries, and we need an experienced, multi-outlet F&B leader to help us make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing all F&B operations across the resort - 4 restaurants, 4 bars, and various event spaces.
* Driving the successful launch of our new restaurant, bar, and speakeasy.
* Enhancing service standards and creating exceptional guest experiences.
* Leading and inspiring a team of over 100 to deliver excellence every day.
* Managing budgets, driving revenue, and ensuring profitability across all venues.
* Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, ensuring the F&B strategy aligns with the overall vision of the resort.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a multi-outlet operation.
* A visionary leader who can manage large teams and deliver exceptional service.
* Passion for hospitality, creativity, and innovation in food and drink.
* Commercial acumen - someone who understands margins, cost control, and revenue growth.
* Hands-on, people-focused leadership - you’ll be on the floor, leading by example.
