This position is open to an individual with a mind to do the following:
1. Co-ordinate export shipments whilst maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records.
2. Support the Sales office with all activities, ensuring accurate data entry on every task.
3. Work effectively with all departments in order to provide excellent support to all customers.
The Job Responsibilities include:
1. Provide support to customer accounts in the UK, Europe and USA.
2. Co-ordinate export shipments and ensure adherence to all relevant legislation.
3. Communicate effectively with Customers and internal associates.
4. Support the internal and external Sales function.
5. Able to multi-task to meet demands and deadlines.
6. Good attention to detail and computer literate.
7. A desire for continuous personal and professional development.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Planning and organisation skills.
Experience in Export documentation and compliance is preferable but not essential.
