We are looking for Helpdesk Administrator for one of our leading client in Winsford Location: Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AU Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Salary: £26,100 About the Role As the PPM & Helpdesk Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the operational and financial performance of clients' Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts. This is a client-facing role where your ability to manage tasks end-to-end, communicate effectively, and provide excellent service will be instrumental. Key Responsibilities Act as the PPM lead for the QWEST contract, building strong relationships with colleagues and subcontractors. Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee and manage the full PPM process, including logging and tracking corrective works. Raise and manage purchase orders and client quotes using Maximo. Ensure timely resolution of requests, achieving KPIs and SLAs. Produce and share monthly KPI reports with the Account Manager. Support continuous improvement and maximise billing opportunities. Manage lift inspections and fire risk assessment remedial actions end-to-end. Provide cover for helpdesk operations, dispatching jobs, and escalating urgent requests. Promote customer feedback and contribute to service enhancements. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing relationships in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CAFM and financial management systems.
