Your Role as Receptionist
As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our home is a warm and welcoming place. Your main duties will include:
1. Providing excellent customer service and 'front of house' management, greeting visitors, answering calls promptly, and responding to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Showing visitors around the home and supporting families with their questions.
3. Offering administrative support to the Home Manager and management team, including typing, photocopying, and handling newsletters or mail.
4. Supporting the organisation of social events and engaging proactively with residents during activities.
5. Assisting with equipment and stationery orders, as needed.
