What They’re Looking For:
1. A Level 3 Qualification in Youth Work or relevant experience.
2. Experience working with young people in youth work, mentoring, or support roles.
3. Understanding of youth-related challenges and the ability to offer guidance and support.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
5. A positive, energetic, and proactive approach to engaging young people.
