About You We’re looking for passionate Social Workers who can: Make Informed Professional Judgements – Confidently assess the needs of children and families in a multi-disciplinary setting, working alongside a range of professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Handle Complex and Challenging Cases – Bring your expertise to support vulnerable children and families, including those facing significant risks. You’ll work with minimal supervision, demonstrating resilience and sound decision-making. Carry Out Statutory Duties – You’ll be well-versed in the Children Act 1989 and able to fulfill statutory duties with diligence and professionalism, ensuring that children’s rights and safety are upheld. Manage Crisis Situations – Be ready to step in during critical moments, applying crisis intervention strategies effectively while adhering to health and safety policies to safeguard everyone involved. We do ask that you have a Dip SW, CQSW or recognised equivalent qualification, along with registration with Social Work England.
