We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Admin Volunteer to support our doctor in delivering essential services to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol issues. This role is perfect for someone looking to contribute a bit of their time and transferable skills to a meaningful cause while gaining valuable experience in a clinical environment. You will be assisting the Doctor in managing and planning clinical appointments, management of specialist clinics, supporting with clinical audits, and assisting with service improvements. You will contribute to maintaining accurate and confidential records of client information and appointments. There will be an opportunity to access all the training available to staff, in clinical areas as well. Person Specification Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with electronic health record systems would be desirable Competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Basic understanding of drug and alcohol issues, or willingness to learn. Empathy and compassion towards individuals seeking help. Problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying areas for growth Some experience in customer service or administrative roles.
