Location: Kirton Lindsey Primary School, Kirton-in-Lindsey
Hours: Fixed 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:30-12:30), 190 day contract, term-time only.
DBS: Yes (Enhanced with Barred List Check)

About this Role
Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for an outstanding Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our expanding team. The successful Level 2 Teaching Assistant will work alongside the leadership and teaching team to provide the highest quality learning and support to SEND children in KS2. This role is specifically to support the learning needs of a child in upper KS2 and blends in-class support with individual and small group work.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant you will:
• Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain children’s interest in learning - addressing misunderstandings and misconceptions.
• Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children.
• Provide stretch and challenge to all children to raise aspirations and attainment.
• Promote high standards of achievement and progress for all children.
• Promote high standards of behaviour for all children.
