We are a diverse team and strongly encourage applications from all genders, women, men, and non-binary people. We do require applicants to have the right to work in the UK.
We’re looking for a teammate to join us full-time for a 12-month maternity cover contract, as a Marketing Manager looking after our Acquisition, Growth and Retention. This role would start May 2025 and reports to our Marketing Director as part of the Marketing Team inside the business. This role will manage four direct reports (Growth, Social, 2 x CRM).
ABOUT THE COMPANY

We’ve already helped more than 200,000 women learn to code, and by working with companies globally, we’re boosting employability, diversity, and social mobility, transforming local economies and communities. Our aim is to provide a million opportunities for women to learn to code and participate in the industry in the next five years, becoming the world’s first EdTech unicorn dedicated to women.
ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE
You will have a passion for social impact and a desire to change the technology industry. You will be bold and innovative and able to work autonomously and proactively whilst being open to feedback and continuous improvement. You will be able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance team and enjoy a high-growth business. We are a scale-up, so a ‘roll up your sleeves and dive in’ attitude goes a long way, combined with an innate ability to adapt to change in your role.
The role will be varied and will get you involved across all elements of our learner marketing (B2C) and touches on acquisition elements of our client marketing (B2B), covering social, website, email, content, ads, our ambassador programme and growth strategies for learner acquisition and retention. We are looking for someone with 6+ years in marketing with at least two years managing a team. You’ll have a proven track record of driving growth and results from marketing communications and activities.
