Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Take over projects from the sales team at the handover point.
* Monitor and report the project's commercial health, including costs to complete and current financial status.
* Develop a fully compliant program for internal and external use.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain the project schedule, from design to installation teams.
* Collaborate with the factory to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
* Prepare RAMS, site files, and all necessary H&S documents in line with HSE guidelines and internal procedures.
* Organise and procure equipment, materials, and other site necessities.
* Attend client meetings both on-site and via teams.
* Regularly visit the site to ensure smooth project execution and conduct progress meetings.
* Lead installation teams and act as their primary internal contact for the project.
* Prepare QA documentation upon project completion.
* Report the project's commercial status upon completion.
* Work with the commercial team to ensure timely submission of AFPs and invoices.
* Conduct project reviews post-completion, including lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
Project Manager Requirements:
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Preferred experience in the construction industry.
* Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator for all site works.
* Solid understanding of construction methods and specifications, with the ability to read, understand, and measure drawings.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
* Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts.
* Cost awareness and consciousness.
* Valid driving license.
* Willingness to travel nationwide with some overnight stays.
