Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' learning goals Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN educational strategies and best practises Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology in teaching Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students Collaborate with school staff and parents to support students' learning All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
