The Senior Commercial Property Associate Role
The successful Senior Commercial Property Associate will manage a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters from start to finish. They will provide expert legal advice on transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. The Senior Commercial Property Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, negotiating deals, and collaborating with other departments within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. They will also mentor and supervise junior staff, develop client relationships, and participate in networking and business development to support the growth of the department.
The Senior Commercial Property Associate
The ideal Senior Commercial Property Associate will have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law
2. Proven ability to manage complex commercial property transactions independently
3. Strong negotiation and drafting skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues
5. A client-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service
