FM Conway is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to work within our Aggregate and Asphalt division. As our Commercial Administrator you will handle customer invoices, manage commercial agreements, oversee procurement processes, raise purchase orders, and process supplier invoices. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent, with working hours from 8:30 to 17:30.
The duties of the Commercial Administrator role will include:
1. Managing the customer account application process and providing weekly updates
2. Reviewing customer orders, identifying inaccuracies and submitting product requests
3. Reporting daily work schedules and updates on orders and customer tonnage
4. Evaluating programme updates, communicating changes and processing long-term forecasts
5. Supporting Customer Portal administration and resolving queries
6. Offering team support and flexibility during resource limitations
What skills and experience do you need?
We're looking for a Commercial Administrator with strong administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office and a background in the construction or asphalt industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships, solve problems, and maintain accuracy in their work.
