Key Responsibilities
* Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging and challenging curricula that meet the needs of all learners.
* Learning Environment: Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and physical development.
* Assessment and Progression: Assess children's progress, identify individual needs, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaboration and Communication: Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
* Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience: Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
* Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
