Job Opportunity: Trusts Manager Location: Sevenoaks Overview: We are working with a top 50 law firm in Sevenoaks that is keen to recruit a Trusts Manager to join its Tax & Trusts Team, part of the Private Client Advisory group. Role Requirements: Experience: • Administering a portfolio of trusts on behalf of trustee clients • Preparation of trust income tax returns, capital gains tax filings, and inheritance tax accounts • Drafting annual trust accounts using specialist accounting software • Trust administration, including liaising with trustees and professional advisors • Preparing and submitting FATCA, CRS, and Trust Registration Service (TRS) filings • A minimum of 2 years' experience in personal tax, tax compliance, and trust administration Skills: • Knowledge of Inheritance Tax and tax planning for trusts • Experience working in a client-facing role, liaising with HMRC and third parties such as banks and stockbrokers • Strong understanding of accounts practices and tax return preparation • STEP, ATT, or ACCA qualifications (or similar) are highly desirable Benefits: 25 days’ holiday (rising with service) plus Bank Holidays Private healthcare, pension scheme, and life assurance Enhanced maternity/paternity leave and agile working policy Gym membership and electric car scheme Staff profit share, season ticket loan, and more How to Apply: Online: Apply with your updated CV via the provided link Contact: For immediate consideration, contact Becky Newton at G2 Legal for a confidential chat We look forward to hearing from you.
