We’re hiring for a Sales Administrator to join a bubbly office-based team in Glossop.

* Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems
* Managing CRM data and ensuring records are up to date
* Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting customer issues
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Learning about the company’s products and services to provide informed support
What do you need?
* Previous experience in an office-based environment
* Experience as a sales administrator
* Strong customer service skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
