The Horton Hospital is part of the Oxford Universities NHS Foundation Trust, based in the centre of Banbury.
You will have the opportunity to apply your pharmaceutical knowledge across a variety of different specialties and to continuously build both your confidence and knowledge base through formal and informal learning within a friendly team. You will rotate through a variety of acute clinical settings which will include both medical, surgical and paediatric clinical specialties with opportunities to apply your knowledge to support treatment of patients in the emergency department and the busy ambulatory unit. In your new role you will be taking responsibility and using initiative in managing your own workload blended with being a team player and knowing your limitations and asking for help and support as needed. You will be encouraged and supported in undertaking leadership tasks and to be involved in quality improvement and service development.
