This is a temporary position for 3 months, ideal for individuals who excel in administrative roles and are adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising events. Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and documents. Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
