Job Description We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Senior HR Project and Programme Manager to lead a strategic project and program plan to identify HR collaboration opportunities across multiple global HR teams, aiming to create a more cohesive, aligned and agile workforce that can adapt to changing market conditions and drive better business outcomes. Being a self-starter and independently minded is key, as you will be responsible for the project from inception to delivery and everything in-between. Demonstrable record of delivering complex change initiatives in a HR world, utilising and adapting recognised methodologies to effectively deliver projects, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of the stakeholders. Building and nurturing strong relationships across all global HR Teams, engaging senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insight and form plans. Partnering closely with HR leadership to spearhead this project, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Leveraging strong analytical skills, to proactively identify and address opportunities, process gaps and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimisation. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, secure strategic alignment, and drive successful outcomes. Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and navigate changing directions with agility and strategic focus. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive impactful results. Develop compelling business cases to help influence and bring together senior stakeholders to one plan. A strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and leading technologies is essential in global markets.
