The Role:
As a Project Manager in the Social Care and Health division, you will play a crucial role in the oversight and management of multiple projects. This role involves planning, governance, performance measurement, and resource management across a variety of initiatives, ensuring that projects align with the strategic objectives of the business. You will also manage project financials, lead risk management activities, and engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the Professional Services portfolio.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
* Proactively mitigate project risks, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
* Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure balanced resource allocation across projects.
* Take ownership of project financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
* Track and report on key project metrics, providing insights to improve delivery efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to refining project management practices.
