We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, professional Head of Sales to join our team within Lovell’s North East region.
Reporting to our Regional Managing Director, you’ll direct and manage the Sales Department, motivating the Sales Team to achieve and improve upon regional targets.
Responsibilities
* Owning and achieving/exceeding sales objectives as per the regional business plan
* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships securing 5 Star customer satisfaction
* Securing future business as a strategic member of the senior management team
* Develop key growth strategies for the region as part of the senior leadership team
* Proactive leadership and continuous monitoring of the sales strategy
* Develop and proactively deliver a clear sales and marketing strategy bespoke for each individual development
* Visibility across all developments, ensuring presentation and adopted strategies are being driven and delivered against the budget
* Build new and strengthen existing relationships with our clients and strategic joint venture partners
* Strategic involvement in the front-end bid/win strategy for land viabilities
* Close monitoring and control of sales budgets and expenditure
A confident negotiator, with excellent sales process knowledge and a natural leader, you’ll have product knowledge and previous experience within a similar role.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll have sound financial knowledge, good Microsoft Office competence, and strong organisational skills.
