Sales Support Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum DOE
I am currently representing a rapidly growing manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced sales administrator to join their team.
Key Duties:
* Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email, handling any queries.
* Liaising between the sales and accounts team to ensure that the correct customer information has been provided and is up to date.
* Processing customer orders in a prompt and timely manner.
* Recording any customer enquiries into the company CRM system and validating leads before passing them onto the sales team.
* Understanding customer requirements and identifying potential products and accessories that may be suitable to meet their criteria.
* Ensuring that the booking system is up to date and accurate.
* Handling and resolving any customer complaints.
* Liaising with engineers regarding jobs.
If you have a sales administrative background and experience of using systems such as CRM and Microsoft Office, this is preferred but not essential. If you're a candidate with a strong customer service/administrative background, please apply and Reed will be in touch.
