Main duties of the job Main Duties of the Job: As a key member of our team, you will lead on the following critical activities: Program Development: Design innovative, tailored training materials for families, educational staff, and team members, addressing the needs of children and young people (CYP). Training Coordination: Organize logistics, schedules, and resources to guarantee seamless program execution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with partners and participants to enhance program success and impact. Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Continuous Improvement: Gather and apply feedback to refine and improve training quality and effectiveness. Clinical Service Delivery: Oversee a designated caseload of school-aged children with speech, language, or communication needs. Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and implement targeted therapies and interventions as the designated therapist.
