Senior Finance Business Partner | Multi-site retail | South London/Hybrid

The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making within their dynamic organisation. This pivotal role partners closely with the Head of Retail and Regional Managers to deliver actionable insights and improve business operations. You’ll oversee accounting processes, streamline month-end activities, and ensure audit compliance. With a strong focus on data analysis, you’ll evaluate new opportunities, track key metrics, and provide accurate reporting, including preparing monthly board packs and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to the regional managers and Head of Retail, providing actionable insights into business performance and strategic recommendations for improvement.
* Analyze financial data to uncover trends, evaluate retail operations, and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, utilising data-driven insights to enhance retail finance strategies.
* Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards for the retail finance division.
* Manage and refine key business analysis metrics and KPIs related to Pharmacy, procurement, and distribution.
* Support the assessment and financial evaluation of new business opportunities.
* Deliver accurate and timely management information to inform decision-making.
* Lead the creation of monthly board packs, presenting key findings to senior stakeholders.
* Partner with relevant teams to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
* Present financial analysis and recommendations to the Senior Management Team.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, including both direct reports and remote team members in India.
* Cultivate a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, promoting continuous development and professional excellence.
What we need to see (Essential):
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Extensive modelling experience
* Ability to derive actionable insights from data
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven business partnering experience with front office teams.

Salary & Package:
* £70,000 - £85,000
* 12.5% Bonus
* Private Healthcare
* 25 days holiday allowance.
Location: South East London (3 days in office)
